Spring brings about an exciting time in the wine cellar. The wines, having finished their secondary in-barrel fermentations, are beginning to show their finished identities. We open the cellar doors in spring to invite our clients to a one-day barrel tasting. This is the only opportunity for guaranteed access to our limited reserve bottlings.
These reserves are often snatched up within a few weeks of official release. Upon tasting the barrels, many people make the decision to purchase futures of the wines being released later that summer. We reward this early commitment by offering a 15% discount on all case orders of futures and 10% for six to 11 bottles. Wine may be picked up upon bottling at the winery in Carlton, Oregon or vineyard in Junction City. Shipping is also available at additional charge.
This is a fun nuts and bolts time to come kick the tires with some of Oregon’s smallest scale winemakers at the Beacon Hill Syndicate. Antiquum Farm, Harper Voit, Boulay Brothers, Wildaire, and Eminent Domaine are all members of this sketchy clan.
